Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter


Responsibilities:

1. 协助客户经理进行候选人管理、执行招聘流程、向候选人及客户持续提供高质量服务。Support account manager to manage candidates, execute recruitment process, continuously provide candidates and clients with high quality services.

2. 维护及加强候选人与相关客户的日常关系。Deepen relationship with clients and candidates.

3. 乐于进取、能与团队共同成长。Align with Allegis culture, develop yourself and along with team.


Requirements:

1. 本科学历及以上、有良好的中英文沟通能力。 Bachelor degree or above with good command of English and Mandarin.

2. 具备良好的沟通能力和销售特质。Good communication skills, sales attitude with winning spirits.

3. 结果导向、有承诺、有责任心、抗压能力强。Results-oriented, highly responsible and committed, able to work under stress.


Account Manager


Responsibilities:

1. 根据公司年度计划制定并实施业务发展战略及重点,实现业务目标。Generate BD strategies according to business priorities, implement the strategies to achieve yearly revenue budget for the company.

2. 具有较强的商业头脑。通过维护现有客户和拓展新业务为团队赢得更多客户和市场份额。Have strong business acumen. Continually build and maintain pipeline of work for team by leveraging existing accounts and conducting business development to increase client and market share.

3. 有效管理客户关系,持续为客户创造价值。Manage client accounts to ensure the successful continuation of the relationship, make sure all opportunities within the client are followed up.

4. 与客户建立战略合作伙伴关系,保持活性和粘度。Build new client relationships at a strategic level, driving client engagement, retention and saturation.

5. 带领团队清晰客户需求,并实施有效跟进,满足客户需求。Effectively articulate job requirements to delivery team and oversee performance against assignments, make sure all requirements are met.

6. 在细分领域不断积累行业及职能的专业知识,提升专业度。Develop deep expertise and knowledge in areas of specialization and aligned accounts.

7. 践行企业文化。Act in line with Allegis culture


Requirements:

1. 本科学历及以上、有良好的中英文沟通能力。 Bachelor degree or above with good command of English and Mandarin.
